Welcome to the twenty-second edition of Ukrainian Law Firms. A Handbook for Foreign Clients. This is our third edition since the start of russia’s full-scale invasion — and one that reflects not only the immense strain on the Ukrainian legal sector but also its extraordinary transformation. What began as a period of survival has now evolved into one of strategic repositioning, institutional engagement, and forward-looking adaptation.
Working from Kyiv, our team has lived through the same blackouts, alerts, and emotional pressure as our peers in the profession have. But that closeness to reality is what has made our work more urgent and authentic. We spoke with dozens of legal professionals, many of whose insights we published on our LinkedIn page as part of our Key Insights series, and adapted our methodology to represent in a fair manner a landscape still affected by war. We continue to list firms and individuals alphabetically and have refined our practice categories to better reflect the true diversity and maturity of the market.
This edition is dedicated to the Ukrainian legal professionals who remain committed — to their clients, their values, and their country. It is dedicated to our readers too: those looking to understand the evolving legal landscape of Ukraine, to support its recovery, or to partner with its future.
On a personal note, I would like to thank every single person who contributed to this publication and those who continue to believe in the value of thoughtful, independent research — especially in times when clarity and context are so essential.
Warmly,
Olga Usenko,
Editor-in-Chief
