EVERLEGAL is looking for a Mid-level Associate to join its Commercial Practice Group

Qualifications:

Degree in law from a reputable Ukrainian university (US or UK LLM will be a plus)

3+ years of professional experience at TOP 20 Ukrainian law firm or Big 4 accounting firm

Diverse experience in different practice areas and industries with particular experience in advising on domestic and cross-border contractual, employment, IP and various regulatory matters

Experience with competition law matters will be an advantage (merger clearance, concerted actions, advisory work)

Good knowledge of the IT sector will be an advantage

Fluent written and spoken English is a MUST
