The TEFFI legal team joins the ADER HABER Law Firm

On 5 January 2026, the TEFFI legal team joined the ADER HABER Law Firm.

This move is aimed at strengthening ADER HABER’s position in the legal services market by combining the firm’s many years of comprehensive practice with TEFFI’s expertise in corporate law and M&A.

TEFFI’s managing partner, Igor Kryzhanovskyi, will assume the position of a partner and head of the corporate law and M&A practice at the firm. The TEFFI’s team possesses expertise in M&A, corporate restructurings, investment transactions, and comprehensive consulting on strategic business development.

All lawyers will operate under the unified ADER HABER Law Firm brand.
