PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Yevgen Solovyov has over 20 years of dispute resolution practice. Yevgen’s main areas of specialization are corporate law, M&A and dispute resolution. He also provides legal consultations in the spheres of general corporate law issues, corporate restructuring, real estate and bankruptcy, criminal law.

Yevgen has extensive expertise in combating raidership, defending both minority and majority shareholders responsibilities and authority and the rights of shareholders in making business decisions.

He acts for clients on various complex disputes between the company’s management and shareholders, which arise from management deadlocks, buy-sell agreements, breach of contracts, succession planning, corporate regulation violations etc.
