Specialization
Vitalii Nestor specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), competition law, as well as the legal aspects of tax and commercial matters. His expertise also extends to civil, administrative, and financial law projects. With over 13 years of professional experience, Vitaliy has gained significant expertise as an insolvency practitioner, restructuring officer, liquidator of companies, and attorney. He is also experienced in corporate debt restructuring. Vitalii has a successful track record of cooperation with government bodies, particularly in the legislative process. Prior to joining Alarius Attorneys at Law, he actively worked on compensation claims for damages caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine and represented clients’ interests both in Ukraine and abroad.
