PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Valeriia Gudiy has a unique and wide experience in resolution of disputes with trade unions. Valeriia accompanies in courts, including the Supreme Court of Ukraine, large-scale disputes, and employment practice projects. Many of her cases are precedent.
Valeriia’s expertise includes resolution of administrative disputes, including in the field of formation and application of regulated prices and tariffs, judicial defence in labor disputes, disputes with government bodies, disputes with difficult and/or unclear legal position, legal support and counselling during inspections of enterprises by the state regulatory authorities, and compliance in the field of labor relations.
