Andrii Datskiv specializes in the judicial resolution of commercial disputes and the support of bankruptcy cases. Throughout his career, he has represented the interests of major Ukrainian and international banks, financial companies, developers, international and local pharmaceutical companies, pharmacy chains, and a major mobile operator. In addition, Andrii Datskiv defended the rights and interests in courts of the incumbent President of Ukraine during the 2019 Presidential elections, and provided legal support for the electoral campaign of the incumbent Mayor of Kyiv during local elections in 2020.
Since the beginning of the armed aggression by the Russian Federation, Mr Datskiv has actively provided legal and humanitarian assistance through projects of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, implemented in partnership with the NGO “Carpathian Region” NEEKA. Currently, he provides consultations on matters related to compensation for damages caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation through judicial proceedings.
