Asters advises Sobro on investment in vChain

Asters acted as a Ukrainian legal counsel for business advisory company Sobro on the acquisition of the majority shareholding in the supply chain management company vChain. Asters provided comprehensive support to Sobro on Ukrainian law matters, including due diligence and transaction advice. Vinge (Sweden) acted as a lead counsel in transaction.
