With over two decades of experience as a legal manager and advisor, Valentyn Zasukha is one of the market’s top experts in investments, business transfers and private equity transactions. He focuses on corporate financings and restructurings, cross-border investments, corporate governance issues, banking and financial services regulatory.

Valentyn has handled a large number of corporate restructurings and reorganizations, including cross-border mergers and divisions, capital structures, pre- and post-M&A developments, JVs and exit strategies.
