Pavlo Moroz is a partner of Fortior Law, an international disputes-focused firm headquartered in Geneva with offices in Kyiv, London, Tbilisi, Taipei and Nicosia.
Pavlo specialises in Ukrainian and international corporate, tax, and customs law. For over 20 years, he has been providing strategic tax and legal solutions to multinational corporations, emerging businesses, and public sector initiatives.
Prior to joining Fortior, Pavlo served as Managing Partner at a prominent Ukrainian law firm. Between 2001 and 2015, he held the position of Director of the Tax and Legal Department at two Big Four international audit firms, providing services to leading multinational corporations on matters such as investment and corporate structuring, international tax and legal planning, customs, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, indirect taxation, and both Ukrainian and international corporate income tax. From 2018, he continued his professional practice at a prominent Ukrainian law firm specialising in the same areas.
From 2016 to 2017, Pavlo served as Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine. During his tenure, he successfully spearheaded significant reforms in the area of state registration.
Pavlo is a licensed Ukrainian advocate.
