Andrii Chornous handles complex high-value cases and specialises in sophisticated litigation, commercial and investment arbitration, and regularly advises international tech companies and startups on a wide range of legal matters.
He represents domestic and international clients in cross-border commercial disputes across various industries, including banking and finance, FMCG, aviation, retail, energy, infrastructure, real estate, FinTech and IT. His expertise includes local and foreign investors’ representation in complex corporate, tax and criminal proceedings, as well as regulatory advising on settling disputes with supervisory authorities.
Andrii has vast experience in representing clients’ interests jointly with foreign counsel from England, Gibraltar, the U.S., Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Cyprus and Moldova. Andrii has hands-on experience in International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) arbitration and award enforcement proceedings.
