Wolf Theiss assisted Uniqa Real Estate on the sale of a 3,690 sq.m. office building in the historic part of the centre of Kyiv to NEST, a leading Ukrainian real estate developer.

Wolf Theiss acted as Ukrainian and Austrian legal counsel to the seller and provided legal support with drafting and negotiating transaction documents, merger clearance, completion of the closing terms, as well as with the closing of the transaction.
