Spenser & Kauffmann announced new promotions
In 2018 Spenser & Kauffmann strengthened the team with the appointment of Nickolas Likhachоv as a partner and head of Banking & Finance, Asset Tracing & Forensic, Sergiy Pushko as a partner and head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Tamila Aleksyk, as counsel and head of Criminal law practice.
Nickolas Likhachov focuses on banking & finance, asset tracing & forensic, M&A. Nickolas is recommended for Banking & Finance, M&A, Energy & Infrastructure by the international legal directory IFLR 1000 in 2017. He is a member of the British-Ukrainian Law Association (BULA), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), the LCIA Users’ Council, the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), and the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce of Young Arbitrators Sweden (SCC YAS). Before joining Spenser & Kauffman in 2015, Nickolas practised law at many international law companies and banks in Ukraine.
Sergiy Pushko focuses on litigation and dispute resolution. Sergiy’s experience includes advising international and local companies on pre-trial settlement, litigation, tax law, family and labour law. He is admitted to practise law in Ukraine and is a member of the Ukrainian National Bar Association. Sergiy joined Spenser & Kauffmann since its first days.
Tamila Aleksyk focuses on criminal law. Tamila’s experience includes advising clients on complex protection of client business interests in criminal procedure, client law enforcement processes, white-collar crime and business protection. Tamila is admitted to practise law in Ukraine and is a member of the Ukrainian National Bar Association and the Ukrainian Bar Association.
