Six lawyers appointed as counsel at Sayenko Kharenko

 

Six lawyers of Sayenko Kharenko have been recently appointed as the firm’s new counsel. Each brings impressive experience and expertise in various legal practices.

Tymur Enkhbaiar specialises in real estate, infrastructure, and construction matters, advising on M&A transactions and establishing a corporate presence of foreign investors to enter the Ukrainian market. He also provides full regulatory support to clients on issues related to land allocation, licensing, design and construction, including the use of FIDIC contracts.

Mykhailo Grynyshyn focuses on M&A, corporate governance, and general corporate law matters. Mykhailo’s professional experience includes advising clients on complex transactional projects in the financial, energy, IT, and media sectors. He also conducts legal due diligence of companies in various sectors of the economy, drafting transactional documents and advising on corporate structuring.

Volodymyr Hrunskyi, as a new counsel, focuses on intellectual property litigation with a particular emphasis on defending pharmaceutical companies in patent disputes. His expertise includes anti-competition, trademark, patent and utility model disputes, industrial design and copyright disputes, mediation, etc.

Julia Kuyda assists clients on various antitrust law matters involving merger control, cartels, abuse of dominance and unfair competition.

Sergiy Protyven represents clients in complex litigation, bankruptcy, and enforcement proceedings.

Dmytro Riabikin specializes in private wealth management and corporate law and advises on English law M&A transactions.
