Since 2015, Viktor has held a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Administrative Law and Procedure, Financial Law, and Information Law. He also has two master’s degrees: an LLM from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and a Master’s in Foreign Policy from the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Additionally, Viktor Surnik holds a degree in Economics from Khmelnytskyi National University.
