She provides legal assistance in development and implementation of business protection strategies, management of legal offensive and defensive steps aimed at protection of the clients’ property rights.

Iryna also advises domestic and foreign companies on corporate and general commercial law issues, with a focus on business structuring in the M&A transactions and providing legal support of agreements governed by English law.
