Representative projects

In the past year, the team at MK Legal Service supported international business structuring, IP protection, and the successful development of the franchise network of TMT leader GigaCloud within its expansion and investment attraction in the USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kazakhstan, Romania, Poland and throughout the EU.

Recently, our clients in HoReCa and Retail, which encompass more than 180 establishments in Ukraine and abroad, launched more than 30 restaurants and retail outlets and continue to scale mostly using the legal basis of the franchising models developted by our team.

Gastrofamily, one of the largest catering networks, which is made up of over 90 establishments in Ukraine and abroad, opened 11 restaurants in Ukraine and continues to develop the “Gastrofamily goes global” project with successful launches in Wrocław, Warsaw, Kraków, Prague, and Lisbon under the guidance of the MK Legal Service team.

Chernomorka, a chain of restaurants that includes 13 own restaurants and 17 restaurants under the franchise model, continued to expand abroad, opening a new catering establishment in Poland with our comprehensive support.

Our other successful case features the franchisee of Japanese retail brand USUPSO in Ukraine, which successfully re-launched 13 stores in Kyiv, Boryspil, Odesa, Lviv, Lutsk, Chernihiv, Rivne under the new brand called “O!SOME” with the support of our lawyers and continues to expand in other regions of Ukraine.

Sam Udoma Kyiv, a franchise network of stores selling hand-molded craft home-made semi-finished products, has received turnkey support from the MK Legal Service team and expanded to 16 retail outlets in less than 2 years.
