Imagine Lawyers advised shareholders of Uklon on the sale of controlling stake to Kyivstar

Imagine Lawyers have  advised shareholders of Uklon group companies, a leading Ukrainian ride-hailing and delivery platform, on the sale of Uklon’s controlling stake to Kyivstar for USD 155 million.

The firm’s advice included legal and tax structuring of the deal; review and negotiations of preliminary and main transaction documents; legal support on regulatory, IP matters; advice on the put and call option, key employees incentive plan and related documents; as well as assistance with signing and closing of the deal.
