Ilyashev & Partners appoints Oleksandr Kamsha as Head of the Dnipro office

Ilyashev & Partners has promoted attorney at law, insolvency receiver Oleksandr Kamsha to the position of Head of Dnipro office.

Since joining the firm’s team in 2018, Oleksandr Kamsha has been responsible for some of the region’s largest projects. Oleksandr specializes in dispute resolution involving banking and financial services, economic, corporate, real estate, insolvency cases, multi-stage debt disputes and enforcement of court decisions.

Oleksandr Kamsha advises clients on a wide range of issues related to cases of protection of honor, dignity, business reputation as well as fraud cases. In addition to providing advice and legal support on current business activities, he represents interests when dealing with public agencies and local governments.
