Ilyashev & Partners appoints Ivan Maryniuk as head of Tax Law Practice

Ivan Maryniuk, lawyer at Ilyashev & Partners law firm, has been appointed as head of tax law practice.

Ivan Maryniuk joined Ilyashev & Partners’ team in 2019. His experience in Tax Law spans 12 years. Professional expertise of Ivan Maryniuk includes international tax planning of investment activity in Ukraine and abroad, structuring of transactions, individual and corporate taxation, currency regulation. Has extensive experience in transactional and advisory work across all taxes and levies, including taxable objects, taxes and levies accrual, reporting, application of tax residence rules, tax due diligence of agreements, etc., as well as appealing against decisions of the tax authorities, their actions and inactions.
