Oleksandr Denysenko has been working in the Kyiv office of Ilyashev & Partners since 2013, has 25 years of experience in legal practice. Oleksandr specializes in court protection of the interests of clients in civil, economic, and administrative cases. He has unique experience in resolving contractual and corporate disputes, as well as in applying various types of measures of securing and arresting assets.
Sergey Nedelko has been managing the Odesa office since its opening in 2019. Sergey is an experienced specialist in maritime and transport law, as well as dispute resolution. For more than 12 years he has been successfully advising shipowners, the largest associations of protection and indemnity insurance of shipowners (P&I clubs), crewing, stevedoring, and forwarding companies, ports and terminals, and maritime agents.
