Ilyashev & Partners advises the Charity Lab Foundation on national and international issues of conducting activities and development.

The Charity Lab Foundation’s goal is to make innovative technological solutions available for non-profit organizations, which will result in the unification of philanthropists, retailers, and foundations into a single ecosystem that will generate charity and create new opportunities for humanitarian initiatives to expand.

Ilyashev & Partners provided the Charity Lab Foundation with legal support in the process of registering a charitable organization in Ukraine, developed a contractual framework for the activities of the foundation and work with volunteers, attracted foreign counterparties for consultations and development of a contractual framework for international activities, and continues to support the ongoing activities of the foundation as a legal partner. Legal advice on the whole range of legal services is provided by the firm on a pro bono basis. Ilyashev & Partners’ team is working on the project under the supervision of Mikhail Ilyashev, managing partner who joined the initiative as an ambassador.
