Dmytro Hrybov, counsel at Ilyashev & Partners, has been promoted to head of real estate and construction. Dmytro Hrybov joined the team of Ilyashev & Partners in 2018. Dmytro has 15 years of experience in structuring and legal support in investment and construction projects, as well as counseling on land, industrial and commercial real estate agreements.

Dmytro has a unique practical experience, which allows the firm to provide legal support during investment projects, privatization of real estate, commissioning of residential buildings and large industrial facilities, to ensure the resolution of conflict and non-standard situations arising during the implementation of  construction projects, to protect the rights of enterprises to real estate and land plots on which their production facilities are located. His expertise includes legal support and counseling on the agreements of different complexity, in particular those related to the purchase, sale, lease of industrial and commercial real estate and land, due diligence of investment projects, permits, acts and decisions of public authorities, etc.
