Dentons advised Innovatus Capital Partners on USD 10 million pre-export secured facility

Global law firm Dentons acted as Ukrainian legal counsel to Innovatus Capital Partners in connection with a USD 10 million pre-export secured facility to a group of companies dealing with producing and trading of grains, oilseeds and byproducts of oilseeds (oil and meal) and other farming services.

Kyiv-based partner Natalia Selyakova led the Dentons team with significant input from counsel Nadiya Shylienkova and associate Artem Lukyanov.
