CMS advised KEXIM

International law firm CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang has advised the Export-Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM), an export credit bank from South Korea, on extending its secured USD 36 million financing to Grain Terminal Holdings in Ukraine.

 

Grain Terminal Holdings is a Singapore-based joint venture between Posco International (Korea’s largest trading company) and the Orexim Group (the leading agricultural trans-shipment and exporting company in Ukraine) that operates the Ukrainian “MMW” grain terminal in Mykolaiv, Ukraine.

 

CMS’s role advising KEXIM is a testament to the firm’s excellent reputation acting on high-profile financings in the agriculture and infrastructure sectors in the Black Sea region.
