Baker McKenzie advises MHP on the acquisition of a majority stake in KTL Ukraine Group

Baker McKenzie’s Kyiv office acted as a legal counsel to MHP, a leading international food and agri-tech company, in an acquisition transaction with KTL Ukraine Group, a provider of logistics services. This strategic move is set to enhance MHP’s market presence and operational capabilities in the logistics sector.

The Baker McKenzie Kyiv team working on the transaction was led by senior associate Alyona Bon and included lawyers from the firm’s London and Dubai offices.
