Sviatoslav Henyk
Senior Associate, Attorney-at-law, NOBLES
Sviatoslav Henyk has extensive experience in dealing with Competition and Employment matters in Ukraine. Sviatoslav’s experience includes representing and advising multinational companies in terms of antitrust investigations, state aid, merger control, competition compliance matters, including review of distribution models.
Everything changed for Ukraine and Ukrainians on 24 February, 2022, and state aid rules are no exception. Russia’s full-scale military aggression became a critical point for the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU or Committee). It forced the AMCU to take rapid action to ensure the safety of personnel and the legality of competition-related processes in Ukraine.
