Graduated from the National University Yaroslav the Wise Law Academy of Ukraine in 2003. Artem had earlier earned a bachelor of arts in economics degree at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (2000).

Professional experience:

Artem Saprykin focuses on domestic and international mutual investment schemes and private equity transactions, corporate bonds issuances and other financings schemes, including bridge loans, secured loans, cash flow loans. His transactional experience includes complex banking regulatory issues, securities transactions (including projects of professional participants of the securities market), as well as representing clients in international arbitrations and litigations with respect to investments and private equity projects.

Artem’s economics background has a positive effect on his understanding of the essence of investment and financing transactions. He advises clients by bringing smart and valuable solutions to complicated legal issues in his field of practice.
